Sonaris products are manufactured with great care; however, should any issue arise, a two-year manufacturer’s warranty is provided.
In the event of a warranty claim, your primary point of contact is the dealer. We support the dealer directly in handling the warranty process.
If you experience any difficulties with your dealer, you may also contact our support team directly. The manufacturer’s warranty does not limit any other statutory warranty rights.
Damage to the purchased device and its accessories is covered, provided such damage results from proper use in accordance with the device’s intended purpose.
Damage is not covered if it is caused by incorrect connection, the use of unsuitable power adapters, or improper handling. Likewise, damage is excluded if the device shows visible signs of impact, transport damage, or excessive wear to the housing.
The warranty becomes void if the device has been opened or modified in any way. This includes, in particular, visible indications such as worn or damaged housing screws or a removed or tampered warranty seal.
The manufacturer’s warranty applies to the original purchaser who has bought the product from an authorized dealer.
