The Vienna DAC Amp expands upon the Class A Vienna Amp with an integrated dual DAC architecture, seamlessly embedded into the amplifier design. Featuring true pure 4-channel Class A amplification, a fully balanced discrete topology, precision R2R volume control, and a finely tuned sonic signature, it combines technical precision with exceptional musicality. Delivering up to 4 watts of output power, the Sonaris Vienna DAC Amp unveils a new level of soundstage, control, and detail — even for the most demanding headphones.

Amplifier
The fully balanced Sonaris Amp features a true 4-channel Class-A amplification architecture and delivers up to 4 watts of power. This provides ample headroom for a powerful, dynamic sound with impressive spaciousness and exceptional detail retrieval.
DAC
The Vienna DAC Amp features USB-C as its digital interface. Its fully separated dual-DAC design, built around two CS43198 converters, continues the strict channel separation philosophy of the Vienna Amp. Supporting resolutions of up to 32-bit / 768 kHz as well as DSD256 playback, the Vienna DAC Amp delivers uncompromising performance for even the most demanding audiophile digital applications.
Customization
The Sonaris Amp allows the input voltage of the Class-A amplification stage to be adjusted using two different modes. Combined with two gain settings, the amplifier can be perfectly matched to a wide range of headphones and individual sound preferences.
Design and Materials
A seamless glass front panel with an integrated OLED display meets premium-grade aluminum construction and an elegant baked enamel finish. The design is complemented by a solid aluminum remote control. A true piece of technical art for your listening space.
Headphone Amplifier and Preamplifier
Choose freely between headphone amplifier and preamplifier operation. The Vienna Amp automatically remembers the last used settings — including volume levels — separately for each output.
Thermal Management
Pure Class-A amplification comes with one particular challenge: heat generation. Thanks to a carefully engineered overall design — from the PCB architecture to the massive aluminum chassis — combined with an intelligent thermal management system, the Vienna DAC Amp always remains within its optimal operating temperature and is protected from overheating. The current temperature is conveniently displayed on the screen.
R2R Volume Control
Volume controls — whether analog or digital — are often a bottleneck within amplifier circuits. That is why the Vienna Amp is equipped with an advanced R2R volume control system. The result: perfect channel matching and absolutely no loss in the signal path.
